Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping 

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS (or other parcel carriers) transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for non-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, because of this any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.

International Shipping (Australia)

We generally ship orders within 3-5 business days, however, it may take longer depending on volume. All international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. It generally takes 6-10 business days to arrive at your shipping address once it leaves the sorting facility. Please note that it may take longer than 6-10 business days depending on your customs agency. 

If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at the address provided. 

Julian and Juliet is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS, Julian and Juliet is no longer responsible for the package. Please note that limited tracking may be available with international shipments.

CUSTOMS: When receiving goods from a different country customs duty and import taxes may occur and will be the responsibility of the customer.

In Transit

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS (if you choose). In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. Additionally, we are not responsible for weather-related damage or delays.

Incorrect Address/ Address Change

Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please visit USPS.com. You will not be refunded for the purchase if USPS loses the package unless you’ve purchased the additional insurance. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to.

Processing Time

Each accessory is specially handmade to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days before your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are FINAL. Because each item is handmade to order and are typically one of a kind, no REFUNDS or EXCHANGES are permitted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at julianandjulietaccessories@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
